ClientTracker solves one of the most basic problems facing the mortgage industry – recognizing past customers who are now returning to the mortgage market.

ClientTracker helps mortgage companies focus their marketing resources and time on their past customers who are at the beginning stages of needing a new mortgage. Through a series of computerized search engines, ClientTracker compares CPI's national homes for sale database against a mortgage company's own past customer database to determine who is returning to the market for a mortgage. Our national homes for sales database is compiled from public information of homes recently put on the market through a real estate company or a FSBO listing.

ClientTracker reports all matching properties and provides contact information for those matches. The program also sends out a personalized mailing with your color photo, contact information and company logo to your past client.
